Acqualagna
Famous for its annual National Truffle Fair, Acqualagna is situated in the area of outstanding beauty of the Furlo and Mounts Catria and Nerone.
Acqualagna has the great advantage of harvesting and trading, not only one type of truffle, as for example Alba, Norcia and Spoleto, but the entire range of truffles. In Acqualagna two thirds of national production (which is approx. 50-60 tonnes of truffles) is traded and sold largely to the north of Italy.
